This Law firm is a Property specialist firm that now seeks a Junior Conveyancer to join the team at their Altrincham branch working in a hybrid model.

Role:

Within this Residential Conveyancer role, you will handle a caseload of up to 75 files consisting of Sales and purchases, both leasehold and freehold properties from Quotation through to completion. You will be responsible for managing every aspect of client interaction, communicating with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction. You will also be expected to deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence, and occasionally face to face, providing advice and assistance, and ensuring the best possible service is delivered at all times.

Other key responsibilities include:

· Dealing with the exchange of contracts

· Ensuring telephony targets are maintained

· Adhering to conversion targets and Maximising Fee generation

· Ensuring that you comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring breaches do not occur, and rectifying any breach immediately

· Undertaking any other duties required to assist your team and other teams should the need arise.

Requirements:

To be successful in your application you must be proactive and a results-driven individual with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service, it is essential:

· You have at least 2 years of continuous experience running a sales and purchase caseload until completion including title checking.

· Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment

· Excellent attention to detail

· Good telephone manner

· Conversant in Microsoft office

· Experience of using a case management system (we use Proclaim.
