James has been a specialist recruiter within the legal field for 5 years and has benefitted from an ex- military background which has given him the drive, discipline and determination to achieve throughout his career.
Quickly rising through the ranks he became a regional manager, the first to be appointed at his previous company, before deciding to make the leap of faith and start up Wilson Mannion with Ian having realised the common goals and mentality they had towards recruitment and their clients and candidates.
These goals are to offer honest, reliable and straight to the point recruitment advice with expert knowledge and consistency in service levels that have made the duo highly regarded in the industry within their own rights.
