The Position

The firm has an already established and thriving Real Estate department, acting for a number of major corporates across firm’s sectors including Consumer, Financial Services, Education, Energy, Industrials, TMT, Health and Life Sciences and Real Estate.

Responsibilities

· You will enjoy a key role in the team with the opportunity to build and develop new and existing client relationships, as well as running a varied and rewarding caseload.

· This will include lettings and asset management for some major institutional real estate investors and a wide range of national and international corporates with particular focus on the financial services and consumer sectors.

Requirements

· The ideal Real Estate Associate Solicitor will be between 0- 4 years PQE within Real Estate

· You must be able to meet client needs, both from a commercial and technical perspective and build exceptional relationships with internal and external contacts.

· You will enjoy working as part of a team but be equally able to manage their own matters efficiently and promptly.
