My client is a reputable law firm with over 50 members of staff across multiple branch offices across Greater Manchester who are committed to excellence, they offer a broad range of legal services, prioritizing client satisfaction. The firm’s experienced solicitors provide approachable and clear advice, alleviating client concerns with a real focus on technology.

The firm now seeks a Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding high-street practice working in the office full time.

The Role:

The Residential Conveyancer role will be working on a mixed caseload of around 75 files consisting of sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold, transfers of equity and remortgage with some buy-to-let files from opening to closing including post-completion/registration. This will include 20.25 new instructions per month and working one to one with an assistant.

To Apply:

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will bring a solid understanding of property law, and someone who can work on a file from opening to post-completion, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience handling a caseload from initial quotes through to post-completion in a previous role.
