Accessibility statement Can everyone use this website?

We want it to work for everyone, whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use. Here is where we are, honestly.

In shortWe aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, level AA. Our automated tests found no A or AA problems on 28 October 2026. Automated tests cannot find everything, and we have not yet had the site tested by disabled users.

What have we done?

  • Every page has one main heading, in order, and links and buttons have clear names.
  • Text colours are checked for contrast, and tap targets are large enough on a phone.
  • The site is built to work with a keyboard, with a visible focus, but we have not yet tested every page that way by hand.
  • Images have descriptions. The case study video has captions built in and a written transcript.
  • Motion is reduced if your device is set to reduce it.

What is not perfect?

  • The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. We have set it up for keyboard and screen-reader use but we do not control its design.
  • Some job adverts were written in their original format, and their text may be uneven. We are rewriting them as we re-post them.
  • We test with automated tools (axe-core and Lighthouse). We have not yet had a manual audit.
