5. Confirmation#

5.1 By submitting your personal details or an application for any vacancy through this Site you acknowledge, agree and accept that:

  • subject to the provisions of any applicable laws and regulations governing the protection and processing of data, we may use and register on our recruitment database such personal information in the course of our business;
  • if we put you forward to an employer, that employer and others it involves in its recruitment may see and access your personal information, and we have no control over how they use it once they have it;
  • we cannot guarantee that you will be contacted by us or receive any invitation to attend an interview, offer of employment, or other communication or enquiry in relation thereto from any third party whatsoever; and
  • we are not responsible for the use to which any third party puts your personal details or any CV that you attach to an application for a vacancy.

5.2 You will have the opportunity to attach a copy of your CV to an application for a vacancy or to a CV submission. When you submit one, it is sent to us. We will not put your CV forward to an employer without your agreement. We have no liability to you for any delay in delivering, or failure to deliver, any such message or attachment.

5.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that any file that you send as an attachment will not cause or result in any server or other computer crashing or the deletion, corruption, loss or removal of any data from any server or other computer or the transmission of any computer virus, and accordingly you must indemnify and keep us indemnified against any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection therewith.

6.1 You may not use our trade marks, logos or trade names except in accordance with this Policy and our website terms and conditions of use.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated:

  • copyright in the content of this website and all other intellectual property rights in any know how, experience, data and all other technical or commercial information contained in or relating to this website, belongs to or is licensed to us; and
  • the authors of the literary and artistic works in the content of this website have asserted their moral right pursuant to Section 77 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, to be identified as the author of those works.
