A person runs Wilson Mannion. A person reviews your application, speaks to you and decides what happens next. This page says where AI helps us with the paperwork, where it does not come into it, and how we look after your information.
In short
A person reviews every CV and makes every decision about who is put forward. No CV is turned down by software, and there is no chatbot on this website. We use AI tools to help with admin, such as formatting CVs, transcribing calls and summarising our conversations, and a person checks the result.
A person, every time.
A person at Wilson Mannion reviews every CV and application that arrives, and we aim to reply to every enquiry.
No CV is turned down by software. If a CV is not right for a role, a person made that call and can tell you why. There is no chatbot on this website.
Where AI helps us.
CV formatting.
We may use AI tools to put a CV into a consistent layout. No CV goes to a firm without your say so.
Transcription and summaries.
We may use AI tools to transcribe our calls and meetings and to summarise what we have talked about, so we remember what matters to you. A person checks the result before we rely on it.
Drafting adverts.
James may use an AI writing tool to draft a job advert from his own notes. He reads and approves every advert before it is published.
Captions and portraits.
We make captions for recorded testimonials with AI tools. James's portrait is a photograph of him, lightly retouched. Christina's portrait was restyled with an AI image tool from her own photograph, with her agreement, and we plan to replace it with new photography.
Building the website.
The site's code is written with the help of AI assistants. They work on how the site is built, not on your CV, your messages or your details.
Where it does not come into it.
AI does not decide who is put forward or turned down.
That is a person's call, and it comes with a reason.
We use AI to help with tasks, not to make decisions about you.
It is not used to score, rank or profile candidates.
We do not invent reviews, testimonials, case studies or candidates.
Every review and case study on this site comes from a real person we have worked with.
We do not use synthetic voices or avatars to pretend to be a person.
If we ever make a video with one, the video will say so.
Your information.
We handle your information as set out in our privacy policy, whether or not an AI tool is involved. Job alert sign-ups are stored privately, and unsubscribing deletes them at once.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing info@wilsonmannion.co.uk, and we will reply within one month. Where the law lets us or requires us to keep some information, we will tell you, and copies held in backups can take a little longer to clear.

The slow video behind the home page headline is real stock footage of buildings at sunset, not AI-generated. The firm logos are each firm’s own, redrawn as clean one-colour outlines. No AI tool was used for them.
