Submit a legal CV Send us your CV.
We never put it forward without your say so, and we never charge you.
In shortSend a CV and a line on what you are looking for. It goes to no firm without your yes, you see the role and the firm first, and it costs you nothing. Firms pay us, not you.
What should I send?
A CV as a PDF or Word file, up to 4MB. In the box for anything we should know, say what you are looking for: the area of law, where, the pay you want, the working pattern, and anything you would not accept. Two lines is plenty.
Who sees it?
Your CV is emailed to Wilson Mannion. We may use AI tools to tidy its layout, and it goes to a firm only with your say so. Read the privacy policy, or ask us to delete your details at any time.
Not ready to send a CV?
See the live roles first, with the pay on every advert, or book a 20-minute call and ask what is out there. Plenty of people stay.
What happens after I send it?
- 1
We read it and talk to you.
A short call or email about what you want and what you will not accept: pay, supervision, caseload, hours, location.
- 2
We tell you what fits, and why.
Salary and working pattern up front. If nothing fits, we say so.
- 3
Only with your yes do we put you forward.
You see the role and the firm before anyone sees your CV.
- 4
We prepare you and handle the offer.
Interview preparation, negotiation, your notice period and any counter-offer.
More on how we screen candidates in how we screen, and how we work with lawyers on the lawyers page.
Questions before you send it.
Straight answers.
Does it cost me anything?
No. We are paid by the firm. By law a recruitment agency cannot charge you for finding you work, and we would not want to.
Will you send my CV without asking?
Never. You agree each application first, and you see the role and the firm before we name you.
Will my current firm find out?
Not from us. Your name and your employer stay with us until you have said yes to a specific role.
Do you have remote and hybrid roles?
Yes. Every advert shows the working pattern and the salary.
What should I ask a recruiter before I send my CV?
Five things. Which firm it is. What the pay band is. What the working pattern is, in days. What the job actually involves, including the caseload and who supervises. And who will see your CV, and when. If a recruiter will not answer those by email, ask yourself why. Ask us all five.
