Hello, I am Martin Smith. I am a principal solicitor at Vienna Kang Advocates. I specialise in road transport and regulatory law. I'm also a duty solicitor.
I was recruited into this firm by James Wilson approximately three years ago. And since then, I've had a very close working relationship with James.
So not long after I joined this business, it was clear that this business was destined for growth and we needed help to grow. When I joined there were only two offices. We now have 13 around the UK. James has helped this business go from a small business based in the Midlands to a national business with offices all over England.
We've been very pleased with the efforts that James has made to find the right people for our business. He's been able to contact people throughout the whole of England and Wales and find the right people for us.
What's made it very easy for us to work with James is that he's been able to follow the brief. We've simply set a task, explain what we want to happen, and he's made it happen. What more could you want?
So would I recommend James Wilson? Well, yes, I would. Having been recruited by James myself, of Vienna Kang Advocates, I'd have no hesitation in using him. The process has been very easy. He gets good results at a reasonable cost.

The role.
Martin Smith says it was clear soon after he joined that Vienna Kang Advocates was destined for growth and needed help to grow. It had two offices then. It now has 13 around the UK.
What we did.
We recruited Martin himself about three years ago, and have gone on finding people for the firm as it has grown from two offices to 13. We contacted people throughout England and Wales to find the right candidates for the business. Martin says what makes it easy is that we follow the brief: the firm sets a task and explains what it wants to happen, and we make it happen.
What happened.
Vienna Kang Advocates now has 13 offices around the UK, up from two when Martin joined. Martin says James has helped the business go from a small business based in the Midlands to a national one with offices all over England. He says the process has been very easy and that James gets good results at a reasonable cost.
“What's made it very easy for us to work with James is that he's been able to follow the brief. We've simply set a task, explain what we want to happen, and he's made it happen. What more could you want?”
