Salary: £50,000–£65,000 DOE + performance bonus with potential to add around 10%
Location: Bournemouth — office-based initially; hybrid considered after three-month probation
Commercial Property Solicitor in Bournemouth, £50,000–£65,000 plus bonus. Established caseload, flexible hours and social, friendly team along with a track record of progression to equity.
You’ve built your commercial property experience. Your next move should give you a clearer future, practical support and room for life outside work.
Your new firm offers evidence behind that promise: solicitors have progressed into equity partnership, flexible hours are already used by colleagues, and employee feedback consistently highlights team relationships and work-life balance.
You’ll join with an established caseload, legal and administrative support, and opportunities to explore development work.
What’s different about this role
- Wondering when progression will become more than a conversation? Six-monthly career discussions help clarify what you need to demonstrate to advance. The firm has promoted solicitors through to equity and leadership and is looking to succession plan
- Finding standard hours difficult to fit around life? Flexible arrangements are already used across the firm, including by parents who joined because they needed greater flexibility. Your requirements can be discussed.
- Want more support around your caseload? Junior legal and administrative colleagues provide practical assistance, while lease-reporting technology helps reduce manual drafting. There is a full caseload to walk in to.
- Prefer colleagues who share work and knowledge? Bonuses depend on team and firm performance. The client reports that moving to this approach improved how work was shared.
- Want to broaden your experience? Alongside general commercial property, there’s scope to gain development exposure through colleagues already handling that work.
