This established commercial firm offers experienced commercial property solicitors a route into real estate finance. You’ll own smaller transactions, work alongside partners on larger deals and see matters through from instruction to completion.

The Work
- Act for lenders on real estate finance transactions.
- Run smaller matters and assist partners with larger deals.
- Undertake property due diligence and develop experience in finance and security documentation.
- Guide junior colleagues and build client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified solicitor, typically with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property or real estate finance.
- Strong property knowledge and confidence managing transactions.
- A clear interest in developing a finance specialism.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support junior lawyers.
