Residential Conveyancer in North Manchester, up to £45,000 plus bonus, hybrid working, strong conveyancing support and a manageable introduction to your caseload.
If you are an experienced Residential Conveyancer who wants more support around the day-to-day running of your files, this role offers a practical reason to consider moving.
You will have experienced conveyancing support covering areas such as onboarding and administration, allowing you to concentrate more of your time on the legal work and your clients. You will also have the opportunity to build your caseload progressively, rather than immediately taking responsibility for a substantial inherited workload.

The Work
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handle a varied mix of residential sales and purchases, including new-build transactions.
- Advise and communicate directly with clients throughout their property transactions.
- Work alongside experienced conveyancing support with administrative elements of your matters.
- Deliver a service-led approach to conveyancing rather than treating clients as simply another file number.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer or senior conveyancer with solid residential conveyancing experience ideally 2 PQE+
- Able to manage residential property transactions independently.
- Strong technical knowledge across mainstream residential conveyancing matters.
- Confident communicating directly with clients and keeping transactions moving.
- Comfortable taking ownership of a caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
